Time for a bit healthier chocolate? Perfat® can replace butter, palm oil and coconut oil in chocolate fillings, spreads and creams to deliver confectionary that has fewer calories and significantly less saturated fats while also adding some dietary fibers to further improve the nutritional profile. Confectionary are unlikely going to be classified as health products anytime soon but wouldn’t you rather go for a less-guilty-pleasure if it tasted exactly the same as one with bad-for-you fats?
