The most complete book on oleogels, co-edited by our CTO, is now out! 

Our CTO, Dr. Fabio Valoppi, together with Dr. Camila Palla, a well-known researcher in the field of oleogels and lipid-based materials based in Argentina, have co-edited “Advances in Oleogel Development, Characterization, and Nutritional Aspects”. This book was recently published by Springer (you can order your copy here: http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-101108813-12898971?url=https%3A%2F%2Flink.springer.com%2Fbook%2F10.1007%2F978-3-031-46831-5) and collects over two decades of research in the field of oleogels and oleogel-based systems. The book is organized into 28 chapters which are authored by 58 top experts in this field, representing 16 countries and 28 institutions.

This book is a great achievement for our R&D team who also authored several chapters, showing that knowledge and passion for these new fats are at the core of Perfat Technologies research and further evidencing that our innovations stand upon robust foundations.

Understanding is the gate for development, and simulations and mathematical models are a great tool to speed up understanding.
