We are in the process of scaling up our production and are looking to add a CMO Expert to our team. The role is, at least initially, a part-time role and could be ideal for someone looking for a consultant/advisory role.
CMO Expert
You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and assessing potential European manufacturing partners for our innovative fat solutions. Following the initial assessment, we would like you to play an active role in commercial negotiations with the identified parties and assist us in launching and managing commercial production of our Perfat® products.
We expect you to have relevant commercial experience from contract manufacturing of yellow fats (butter, margarine, shortenings etc.) in Europe. Additional or complementary experience from CMO production of spray dried powders would be a bonus. In addition to commercial acumen, strong project management experience and relevant networks within the industry, we would expect you to also have an understanding of food production technology and process best practices (ideally within oils & fats), including familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements. Finally, you will also have a “can-do” team work oriented attitude.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with talented colleagues in a dynamic start-up environment. Our team is based in Helsinki, Finland but the role does not require onsite presence. Our working language is English.
