We’ve noticed strange things happening around the Perfat headquarters lately… Our printers spontaneously deliver spooky requests, snacks vanish from the breakout room, monitors start working on their own, and a strange little blob we named Per Fatto keeps appearing whenever we schedule puff pastry trials 😱. Well, maybe nothing strange at all, since we’ve also fallen under the spell of the puff pastry made with Perfat® laminating fat 😍. It’s hard to resist this vegan recipe; it’s delicious, uses no tropical oil and contains only 11% saturated fats!
